Please note that our shop will be on vacation from April 13-27th. All orders placed during that time will be shipped after the 27th in the order received.

Refund and Returns Policy

We sincerely hope you will be pleased with any and all JackiBean products you purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will do our absolute best to make it right. However, please take a moment to read through our refund and returns policy below to better understand how we can best serve you. After doing so, please send us an email at {noemi@jackibean.com} or reach us through the contact page to receive further instructions on how to to proceed with your return or exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Stitch markers must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Any yarn that was requested to be caked (winded) at the time of purchase
  • Downloadable software products (i.e. patterns)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a proof of purchase. We can help locate this for you if ordered through our website.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at {noemi@jackibean.com}.

Return shipping

The return address will be provided to you after your initial request for a refund or exchange has been received.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
